Salary $100,000 - $120,000 + Bonus & Benefits & Paid Relocation to Tulsa, OK
This position requires person to be on-site; no remote available.
Senior Compensation Analyst position is open with a great North American manufacturing company, and youll be a major contributor to the Corporate HR team focusing on our Compensation globally. You will be responsible for managing and directing the Compensation function on a global level. This will include developing and directing the implementation for the compensation program which will provide a competitive pay scale, motivation, and rewards programs to all employees. This role will be supported by the Global Compensation team.
The heart of the Senior Compensation Analysts job will be to:
Some of the main functions for this Analyst role will include leading the global salary administration and budget, monitoring competitive trends, assures proper evaluation of jobs and participate in benchmarking surveys. You would also develop and recommend salary policy strategy and procedures. The manager will also work together with Corporate and divisional HR to provide counsel to managers as well as leading compensation related projects.
As this is a highly visible position and will be responsible for peoples monies, we are seeking candidates with specific accomplishments & experience.
