Senior Compensation Analyst



Salary $100,000 - $120,000 + Bonus & Benefits & Paid Relocation to Tulsa, OK


This position requires person to be on-site; no remote available.


Senior Compensation Analyst position is open with a great North American manufacturing company, and youll be a major contributor to the Corporate HR team focusing on our Compensation globally. You will be responsible for managing and directing the Compensation function on a global level. This will include developing and directing the implementation for the compensation program which will provide a competitive pay scale, motivation, and rewards programs to all employees. This role will be supported by the Global Compensation team.



The heart of the Senior Compensation Analysts job will be to:



  • Lead global salary administration, merit budget, and variable compensation pay planning processes

  • Monitor trends in compensation, recognition programs, & rewards and make recommendations for changes

  • Develop, monitor, and recommend salary policy, strategy, and administrative procedures using Hay Job Evaluation Methodology

  • Lead your team as they evaluate current employee compensation packages, develop new packages for new positions, and monitor existing compensation programs

  • Manage the global payroll vendor relationship with the external vendors

  • Support the commitment to EEO & other compliance issues.



Some of the main functions for this Analyst role will include leading the global salary administration and budget, monitoring competitive trends, assures proper evaluation of jobs and participate in benchmarking surveys. You would also develop and recommend salary policy strategy and procedures. The manager will also work together with Corporate and divisional HR to provide counsel to managers as well as leading compensation related projects.



As this is a highly visible position and will be responsible for peoples monies, we are seeking candidates with specific accomplishments & experience.



  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Accounting or related discipline is a must, prefer an MBA & CPP certification

  • Minimum of 5 years working with both compensation

  • Thorough understanding of business operations & processes in a manufacturing company

  • Experience working with PeopleSoft or other HRIS systems

  • Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS and DOL Regulations

  • Must be able to multi-task on a daily basis, manage priorities and be a self-starter

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, written & verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to develop your direct reports as well as build strong relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization across the globe.
