We are recruiting degreed engineers who have at least an internship in a manufacturing setting. This is a hands-on position for career-minded, skilled achievers and youll spend much of your time on the plant floor working with the process, production, and employees. Your goal is to improve the manufacturing processes to increase performance, quality, safety & reduce costs.

Youll spend your day identifying continuous improvement opportunities and creating a plan like a standard work procedure, developing a PFMEA & control plan that meets goal. Youll contribute to the Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing events. Youll write capital equipment specs & needed justifications. Youll have a great team to collaborate with!

Youll need a working knowledge of:

• AutoCAD, MS Office & solid modeling like Inventor, simulation tools


• Six Sigma methodologies, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, line balancing, ergonomics & manufacturing plant safety


• Hydraulic & pneumatic and CNC equipment

Minimum requirements for this Manufacturing Engineer position:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (ME, IE, EE, Mfg., or related)


• At least an internship in engineering in a manufacturing setting


• Good personality, effective communication skills, highly motivated & ability to work in teams.
