Continuous Improvement Practitioner / Plastics Manufacturing



Salary $90,000 - $110,000 + Bonus & Great Benefits & Paid Relocation to the South where youll be near stunning mountains & Unique national parks that allow you to boat, fish, hunt, hike, canoe, and relax in the beautiful outdoors on a regular basis. Picturesque in every season.



We need someone who is passionate about Continuous Improvement and making our plant leaner & more profitable while we increase our quality and do it all safely! We need a great communicator to explain the plans & get everyone on board!



Youll be site Change Agent!



Large national manufacturer seeks an energetic & enthusiastic Continuous Improvement Engineer / Practitioner who has experience in the implementation of Lean initiatives on the operations & engineering side at all levels of the manufacturing plant. At this plant, youll be looking at the processing operations, using Lean & CI methodologies to design improvements, communicating the plans, and implementing the changes. This role is accountable for deploying appropriate TPM methodology with the focus on operations and site leadership capability build leveraging existing element tools and processes. You will work closely with plant steering teams, operations director, and functional leaders to drive loss elimination. Highly visible position!



Minimum requirements for this Continuous Improvements position:



  • At least 2 years experience implementing Lean and or Continuous Improvements in a manufacturing facility

  • Knowledge and experience implementing TPM

  • Strong persuasive, influential leadership, & interpersonal skills.
