For our customer, an international investment company in Zurich with several subsidiaries across Europe, we are looking for a reliable and motivated professional as

Office Manager (m/f) 50% (Zurich)

Tasks

  • General administrative tasks;
  • Filing and archiving of documents;
  • Providing administrative support to the team and be the first point of contact for external and internal partners;
  • Coordinating online meetings and video calls;
  • Processing of timesheets and expense reports in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent;
  • At least 2 years of similar work experience in an international environment;
  • Russian is your native language, you have proficient knowledge of English and good knowledge of German (min. B2 Level);
  • Advanced Knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.);
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Are you ready to start work in November-December or by agreement;
  • You are a resident of Switzerland and have an EU passport or a valid working.
