Receptionist 80%
as the first point of contact and responsible for providing a friendly and welcoming service to all visitors, clients and employees. The role involves a high level of customer interaction, which will be face to face, responding to emails and handling queries over the phone.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Providing an excellent customer experience by meeting and greeting all visitors and clients
- Answering all incoming telephone calls, taking accurate, clear telephone messages and redirecting to the relevant person in a timely fashion
- Responsibility for all meeting rooms
- Managing and distributing deliveries and post, coordinating shipments with couriers
- Supporting internal staff with the organisation of inhouse meetings, ensuring catering and presentational requirements
- Maintaining the CRM database
- Assisting HR with the organisation and implementation of staff events and initiatives
- Managing multiple administrative duties and spporting ad hoc tasks and projects

Ideally, you have experience working in a similar role, preferably within an international environment. Your willingness to help and ability to stay positive under pressure is paramount to the role.
