Since opening in 2004, ERE Property has a proven track record of working with developers globally on a variety of schemes. In the last 5 years ERE Property has helped investors invest over 100 million into the buy to let market. ERE Property offers a full marketing solution and reassurance to our developer partners that their developments will reach a wide scope of property investors who are looking for their next buy to let property investment.

Key Accountabilities

·         To work with the Marketing Manager in developing the ERE Marketing and Lead Generation Strategy the sales business

·         Working with the Marketing Manager to create and manage the client journey and external as well as internal communication

·         Drive social media presence and strengthen the brand

·         Monitoring the generation and quality of leads

·         Work with external companies

Reporting to

Sam Edge – Marketing Manager

Overall Objective

As Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for implementing the marketing strategy for ERE Property. This will include a keen focus on generating new leads for the UK, UAE & Hong Kong sales teams, as well as managing the brand and all marketing activities within the business. You will be responsible for global and regional campaign creation, campaign delivery and campaign reporting: Pay Per Click[CS1] , Social & Email. You will also plan & implement digital (including email) marketing design, Facebook adverts and observe budget spend[CS2] , whilst maintaining & supplying content for the company websites. You will take the lead in generating organic traffic to our website and making on going improvements to the groups marketing activity. It will be your responsibility to bring new ideas to the Marketing Manager during weekly meetings and implementing changes to get the best return on our resources.

Measures of Success/KPI’s

·         Assisting with a successful strategy to improve the online rankings and performance of the ERE website

·         Reporting on success of campaigns run, leads generated from them and ideas to improve future results

·         ERE’s social media presence and strength of our brand

*Strategy & Lead Generation Duties:

·         Assist with producing annual & quarterly marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business growth plans

·         Monitor the source & quality of all new leads

·         Drive client & prospect engagement via social media platforms

·         Video production for online marketing presence and webinars

·         Company website management

·         Work with the Marketing Manager to agree and implement the social media strategy for sales

* Process Management Duties

·         Track & analyse website traffic flow and provide internal reports

·         Attain key performance indicators, including followers and google page ratings

·         Use Google Analytics to provide data driven recommendations for site improvements to increase goal conversion and traffic

·         Keep website up to date and compliant

 

* Management of Marketing and Sales Support

·         Manage any third parties or freelance agents in regards to leads reports & graphic design production

·         Support the business development team in managing the process of new property launches

·         Support the business development department with producing marketing literature

* Communications

·         Communicate internally with all key stake holders to ensure the smooth running of the marketing department and to keep all departments informed of the marketing strategy and planned campaigns

·         Keep up to date with Industry news publication and promotional material production

·         Promote the ERE brand in all communications

·         Write and optimise content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter

·         Drive client and prospect engagement via posts across Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and LinkedIn covering Property Launches, Industry News and Sales/Marketing Event promotion

Essential Skills

·         Proven track record of running successful Facebook ad campaigns

·         Knowledge of SEO

·         Knowledge of Google Analytics

·         Experience of running email marketing campaigns

·         Able to manage multiple projects while prioritising work assignments

Additional Skills

·         Project management

·         Experience of Producing presentations

·         A flexible approach when working in a team

·         Excellent communication skills to interpret & negotiate briefs

·         Good presentation skills & the confidence to explain & sell ideas to the board
