Professional Services Engineer

Acquire BPO is currently looking for PS Engineer to support RingCentral;



The PS Engineer is responsible for the planning, design, build, and testing phases of multiple UC projects at once. They work directly with the customer to obtain the information needed from their current system, and design the system for their specific environment, providing recommendations and consultation.





To succeed in this role, you must have experience in:






Responsible for setup of RingCentral systems, applications, and process designs for clients business solutions


May handle up to $50,000 Statement of Work (SOW) Value


Collaborates with multiple PS Department representatives to help the customer seamlessly transition to their RingCentral service.


Data collects user and call flow information needed to create their RingCentral environment. Provide recommendations and solutions through the design sessions.


Determine the causes of client pain-points and eliminate them where they hide.


Identify risks throughout engagement


Have a detailed understanding of the features and capabilities of the system, as well as be able to articulate these to a customer in a way that makes sense to them.


Stay in constant contact with the customer to schedule research and design sessions


Keep up to date with all professional services engagements: ensuring all appointments are scheduled, any questions that come up during the initial set up are answered and keeping detailed notes of what has happened throughout the entire process.


Actively and consistently engaged in team communication


Scheduling & Organization skills are required


MS office, Lucidchart & Google docs knowledge



Qualifications:

At least 2-3 years of working related experience is required for this position


Excellent English communication skills


Knowledge on VOIP, networking, routers and modems


Strong customer service orientation


Experience configuring, updating and supporting VOIP solutions in a multi-location environment is a plus


Ability to work efficiently in a highly demanding, team-oriented and fast paced environment


Networking, IT or telecommunications certification is a plus


Applicants must be amenable to work at night
