The job:


Our client is seeking a highly talented Delivery & Regulatory Reporting Analyst II is multi-purpose role that is responsible for all
related functionality for physical deliverable product markets. Assistance is required for delivery
invoicing and Regulatory Reporting processes. Cross-Training & Procedures for new product
nuances will be paramount. Furthermore, they will liaise with other internal departments to meet
funding requirements in a timely manner.


You Will


Regulatory Reporting:


  • Provide regulatory support and perform backup responsibilities as necessary for position amendments in Open Interest, Large Trader, and CFTC PERT applications prior to deadlines

  • Ensuring all regulatory reports are reviewed, working files are compliant and controls have been completed in accordance with best practice.

  • Update Hedge Exemption Tracker upon client levels sent from Compliance

  • Notify clients of upcoming position limit scale-down requirements

  • Reconcile position limits for each product so data is being sent properly downstream


Delivery Processing:


  • Populate excel tracker of daily assignment/stops-tender/issuances & cash events and funding requirements

  • Assign deliveries to customers according to exchange practices.

  • Instruct Treasury to pay exchanges, clearing firms or carrying broker as needed.

  • Submit delivery intentions to exchanges with the proper exchange receipt inventory as it applies per client account

  • Manually lock PCS values desired Long positions of physical deliverables

  • Submit Long Date Holdings and reconcile versus PCS locks to ensure in-balance

  • Quality assurance of Last Trade Date (exchange to bookkeeping) including reconciliation of applicable dates.

  • Maintaining an accurate inventory of all deliverable commodities.

  • Enter receipt inventory into customers books on delivery/value date


You Have



  • 5+ years related industry experience

  • General experience in financial/regulatory reporting at a financial services firm.

  • Demonstrated experience of meeting SLA reporting deadlines.

  • Advanced understanding of all commodities concepts- balancing, trade clearance, deliveries, options, out-trades, options, execution/clearing responsibilities, transfers, treasury

  • Subject matter expert of futures deliverable (physical vs cash; FND/LTD) product slate including knowledge of all aspects of ON & OFF [exchange] delivery processing events: versus cash purchase/sale; complete loadout & CFLO; registering receipts, and error trade protocol for at least CME and ICE deliverable products.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a range of competing priorities timely and accurately.

  • Solid writing and excellent communication skills that apply to Microsoft applications
