Our client, a specialized physician-owned Oncology organization, is seeking to hire an HR Generalist. A candidate must have substantial Compensation and Recruiting experience to join a seasoned team with hopes of growing their career. This role will include Compensation Analysis, Forecasting, Data Modeling, Employee Relations, and Skilled Recruiting.

1. 5+ Years of Overall Human Resources Experience
2. 3+ Years working with Employee Compensation
3. Strong Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, X LOOKUPS, etc.)

Day to Day:
The candidate will partner with the HR Director and HR Specialists to divide the overall HR functions of a 250+ employee organization. The daily routine will vary from tackling Employee Relations issues, doing heavy Compensation Analysis, creating detailed hiring forecasts within Excel, and Recruiting Clinical Healthcare talent to produce from scratch new handbooks and other HR related materials. There is an opportunity for this position to grow into an HR Director role.
