Job Description

We are hiring for a Branch Operations Manager to work out of our office in Richmond, Virgina. The ideal candidate will be adept at the following:



  • Overseeing the day-to-day branch operations of a Light Industrial Staffing firm

  • Providing exceptional customer service to a diverse client and candidate portfolio

  • Executing on the organizations recruiting processes to ensure that we are cultivating the best talent in the market

  • Ensuring all job orders are filled and that we have high levels of visibility and communication with all clients

  • Guiding and developing internal staff on a variety of staffing, customer service, recruiting, and best practices to enable them to advance within the organization

  • Motivating, evaluating, and developing branch employees through training and mentorship

  • Partner with sales and partners on leads, pricing and proposals on a daily and weekly basis

  • Help to drive continued and strategic growth of branch in the market

  • Other duties as needed


The ideal candidate will possess the following:



  • Bachelors or masters degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred

  • Experience managing and providing support to an internal team of recruiters and support personnel

  • Significant exposure/familiarity or time working within the Staffing Industry required

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting

  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Significant experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint necessary and prior use of applicant tracking/data management software a plus.

  • Experience managing and maintaining an ATS/CRM
