LOOKING FOR TOOL ROOM MAINTENANCE JOBS IN CHENNAI
Qualification : B.E, Diploma
Exp : Freshers to 4 Years
Freshers Salary : 12k to 15k
Exp Salary : 20k to 25k
Vacancy : 12
Location : Chennai
Benefits : Foods and Accommodation
Thorough knowledge of mechanical ASSY. drawings
He should be able to read blue print drawing and based on this should be able to open machine sub-assemblies
Good knowledge of machining centers & SPMs spindle assy, their trouble shooting & fault fixing
Good knowledge of rotary table, auto tool changers, ball screw assy, m/c slides etc.
Good knowledge of hydraulic system including various type of pumps, cylinders, solenoids etc. and their maintenance
Good knowledge of gear box and m/c jig / fixtures maintenance
Good knowledge of pneumatic system
Good knowledge of spindle repair and reading configurations
Good knowledge of basic accuracy checking of CNC & press machines
