Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for any customer who has a question or an issue with a product or service of the company sales or services. They also provide solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritize the customers needs. Customer service representatives help customers with complaints and questions, helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handling customers complaint
Answering questions about a
company's products or services
Delivering information about a company's offerings.
Processing orders and transactions
Collecting and analysing customers feedback.
Qualification and skills:
B.SC/HND/OND in managerial and customer related course.
Candidate must possess a communication skill, problem solving skill, empathy and Patience
