Oracle Cloud HCM Lead (HYBRID)

Overview

We are expanding our IT applications team with a Oracle Cloud HCM Lead in the San Francisco Bay area. This role will have a focus on partnering with the HRIS team and other HR Business Stakeholders to complete high level projects.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the implementation partner on the Oracle cloud HCM solution implementation, assisting with tasks such as: system strategy, participating in design workshops, fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, prototype demonstration, functional configuration, testing, and client user training as it relates to Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR
• Recommend best practices in leveraging Oracle Cloud HCM technology to meet day to day business needs as well as scaling for volume and growth
• Lead the HR-IT team supporting Oracle HCM Cloud
• Manage Ticket queues, troubleshoot issues, analyze, and take appropriate action to remediate issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
• 8+ years of experience on HCM solutions with 4+ years of hands-on experience delivering Oracle HCM solutions (preferably Oracle Cloud)
• Experience as a technical lead on at least 1 full life-cycle implementation of the Core HR module for Oracle HCM Cloud
• Expertise in HCM Data Loader, Spreadsheet Loader, OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extract
• Expertise in Oracle Cloud Fast Formulas HCM, SQL, PL/SQL, HRMS API's
