Provide strategic direction and advisory services to business users on the application of RPA tools and concepts and the benefits / value aligned to user objectives

Design, develop and identify workflows to be automated using Blue Prism- Robotics Process Automation technologies

Take ownership and responsibility for the design and development of all aspects of automated testing along with creation and execution of automated scripts

Work closely with the customer's team to understand the functionality and devise positive and negative test strategies

Ensuring test quality through optimization of test efficiency and effectiveness

Being responsible for the different documents linked to the definition, monitoring and control of test and acceptance test activities

Attend Requirements & Design reviews/walkthroughs. Also, Coordinate, schedule and facilitate system test evidence reviews with all stakeholders, including follow up on signoffs.

Participate in project meetings along with Project Managers, Asset Leads, and App Managers to discuss status and planning

Escalation of Issues in testing to CIGNA and Vendor ASG QA Asset Leads/Managers.

Integrate test automation into the Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipelines

Executing test automation framework in containerized environment
