Skills Required:

Need 6+ year profile for Project Manager with Medical Device experience.

Project Management Professional (FPX, PMP) certification is preferred

Ability to use broad knowledge of regulatory, technical, and business requirements to perform microbiology work.

Ability to apply project management skills to measure and improve performance in areas of responsibility.

Ability to develop and implement Quality standards.

Knowledge of Quality and operations systems and processes, including GMP and QSR requirements for medical devices.

Demonstrated auditing and problem-solving skills.

Understanding of Six Sigma and Process Excellence tools and methodologies.

Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, and ability to effectively communicate with internal and external personnel.

Ability to effectively train, mentor and influence a diverse array of employees at all levels of the organization

Understanding on Medical Device Quality and Compliance

Knowledge on ISO 13485: 2016 and 21 CFR 820

Personal computer skills: Power point presentations, e-mail, Microsoft Project Management
