Requirements:
Degree in business or technology, or equivalent work experience
4+ years in business analysis
Experience with lead-to-quote-to-order process
Working with Business to drive & define the process
Give guidance & input to Technology teams on how process should work in the selected technology (Preferably in Salesforce or SteelBrick CPQ)
Experience with requirements gathering and user story writing
Ability to map processes in both chart and story form
Demonstrable process improvement skills
Experience leading process redesign projects
Out-of-the-box thinker takes a creative approach when necessary

Desired skills:
Agile scrum or lean six sigma experience
Quote to Cash Experience Prefer B2B vs B2C
2+ years of Salesforce CRM experience
Knowledge of BPMN, EPC, BPEL notations to document processes
Ability to work flexible hours when needed to accommodate off-shore peers
