Web Analyst (m/f/d)

This role is deeply connected with all important stakeholders of the cross-functional business unit, ranging from product management, over sales to operations and logistics. By identifying, processing, and analyzing the right data, you will help us optimize the inventory, as well as understand and optimize the traffic generation and conversion to car sales. This role is perfect for someone who likes to break down complex problems and help solve them via smart data analysis.

Your role:

• Engage with hands-on number crunching and translation in action-oriented reports and discussions
• Work on all stages of the "insights" pipeline, from tracking over processing to generating, visualizing, and presenting results
• You are deeply involved with the business and product to understand their requests and data needs
• Act as an analytical sparring partner to our management and business by creating insights and ensure fully data-driven decision making

Your profile:

• 2+ years full-time experience in analytics or related profiles
• Strong analytical mindset with a foundation in logical thinking
• Fully proficient in SQL-based data preparation and analysis as well as experience with different data visualization tools
• First knowledge and experience with web analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
• Pragmatic and creative approach to find answers fast and iterate from there
• You are a data enthusiast, highly self-motivated and proactive
• Business fluent English skills
