We have so many exciting ideas for taking Speed Kit to the next level, that s why we are looking for further addition as a Working Student Data Engineering (all genders) for our data team.

The data team is responsible for collecting large amounts of tracking data from our customers in real time and for making this data accessible to our data analysts and others. We work with (among others) Apache Flink and Amazon S3 + Athena as our data warehouse. Our main programming language is Kotlin as well as SQL and Python on the analytics side.

Tasks

• Collaborating on our scalable data processing pipeline
• Dealing with large amounts of data in real time
• Working with the AWS Cloud
• Working in the field of Data Analysis & Data Science

Requirements

• Familiar with scalable databases & data systems
• Solid knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g. Kotlin)
• In the 5th or 6th semester in a Bachelor's program or already in a Master's program (Computer Science or any related field)
• Ability to work in a team
• Curiosity & willingness to learn
