Sr Innoveo Developer

Senior Innoveo Developer (Innoveo or Similar Low Code platform)

As a Senior Developer, the candidate will be working directly with the Solution Architects, Business Analyst, Scrum Master to deliver technical solution for the prioritized user stories to be covered in every sprint. You will play a key role in translating the functional requirements into the technology solution and responsible to configure the solution in Innoveo platform. Working experience as a Senior Developer for a large end user portal implementation in Innoveo or similar Low code no code platform for tier-1 insurers.

Work directly with the Life, Accident & Health business teams (Product owner, Business Analyst, IT Senior leadership, Scrum Master) in an Agile scrum methodology

Configure, build technical solution for the outlined business requirements / functionality

Experience in User Interface / CSS to uplift the screens configured in Innoveo out of the box solution to the prototype expectations from customer

Translate the technology requirements to the Scrum team for delivering the prioritized User stories as part of th Scrum

Liaise with interface teams and come up with API interface methods for the end-to-end technology solution for the end-to-end product

Play a technical expert role from IT and guide the Scrum of Scrum teams and remove any technology road blockers as relevant

Mentor the IT development team across multiple workstreams for the overall technology vision and target solution including providing guidance as required.

Experience:

10-12 years of overall Industry experience

Certified Low Code No code business architect (Innoveo preferred)

Technology Savvy, Quick learner, Expertise working in API based micro services architecture, Expert in Low Code No code technology

Strong domain expertise in Life insurance, Accident and Health related insurance product lines

SAFe Agile certified and implementation experience working along with customer teams in Agile methodology

2-3 implementation experience working with leading insurers related to end user portal implementations (Insureds, Brokers, Agents, Distributors etc.,)

Excellent communication skills with ability to work directly with Senior business and IT leadership as part of the inception, design thinking workshops.

Experience with JIRA, Scrum boards, Kanban, Requirement's elicitation, User training, Test validation, implementation support etc.,

Ability to work in an onshore-offshore model and point contact for the Offshore team

Innoveo certified Business Architect or Similar No code platform
