Primary Job Responsibilities:
We have large and aggressive goals to grow our advertising business, and we are looking for a highly self driven candidate to join the China Advertising team as Head of Advertising. In this role, you will lead the advertising operation, develop growth strategy to engage our sellers across categories and segments effectively, and drive successful execution
Specifically, your role will be the following:

Responsible for the China advertising P&L

Lead the advertising operations in China, develops ads growths strategy, lead product marketing & go-to-market programs in the market to drive ads product adoption and revenue growths, and drive successful execution

Lead the team to develop programs to engage advertisers, unlock advertising budget, and help sellers to drive velocity, and achieve GMV growths

Identify current product gaps, influence global product development effectively to shape the long term trajectory of the business

Lead and partner cross functional teams to align on business objectives & achieve shared goals

Ran regular business reviews with global team to provide thorough understanding of the business, identify opportunities and challenges, and develop solutions to tackle both the challenges effectively

Drive innovation from the market
Qualifications
Key/Required Components:

10+ years of experience working in the internet industry, and >5 years experience with digital advertising

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Mater/MBA is preferred
Preferred:

Take full ownership, self-motivated, highly strategic and results-driven

Strong intern-personal skills, be able to drive cross functional collaboration both with the local and global teams effective.y

Strong leadership skills, and highly efficient in execution

This role is Shanghai (preferred) or Shenzhen based
