Job Description



Personal Specifications
Bachelors Degree in engineering or another technical field of study
Minimum 5 years in industrial & Automotive manufacturing or quality, 2 years of relevant professional experience in the project environment
Experience in Cold Forming and fastener product and mass production processes
Working knowledge of the following:
Familiar advanced quality management tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and 8D, etc.
Excellent written and oral communication skills (Mandarin & English)
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Strong analytical, logical thinking and problem-solving capability
Good project management, execution and cooperation capability, team spirit
Good team-playing spirits, logic thinking, attention to detailsDuties & Responsibilities
Work as factory contact window for service team regarding customer quality issue resolution and customer satisfaction improvement activity.
Lead customer quality complaint handle and work with internal team & supplier quality team to
identify root cause & corrective actions.
Join quality meeting such as quick response meeting.
Customer specific requirement receiving and transfer to internal plant/ supplier team.
Regularly customer quality performance summary and report.
Lead customer PSA & annual audit.
Lead Quality agreement review & sign with customer.
NCR deviation approval.
Participate in the development and launch process of new products by providing quality engineering expertise while working with the lead quality engineer and the customer.
Provide training and promote advanced quality management tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and 8D, etc.
Other relevant tasks arranged by supervisors for achieving companys objectives.
