What you will do

Drive, implement and prioritize quality assurance requirements in the 5G RAN product area with focus on Robustness

Contribute to the test configuration design of Customer Like architectures. Integrate and test RAN features

Integrate and verify system requirements in customer like environment. Secure Ericsson bi-weekly releases of 5G RAN products in Live networks

Identify teams, way of working, environment problems and propose solutions to solve them

Strive for customer focus and on time delivery

Collaborate with colleagues in different sites: Sweden, Poland, China
You will bring

3 to 5 years experience in integration and verification. Preferably in Radio Access Network technologies

MSc or higher education level in Electrical Engineering, Computer Sciences, AI/ML, or equivalent domain.

Team working ability

Used to handle complex troubleshooting

The ability to be a role model for the team

Proficiency in English
Additional Requirements

5G knowledge is a plus

Analytic ability, creativity, and drive

Drive improvements: detect gaps and initiate changes to fill them

Be flexible and customer oriented with international teams
It's considered a plus if you have:

Experience working on RAN Swap and RAN refresh projects - Specific Ericsson Radio System (ERS) products knowledge.

Knowledge of MJE, TGF and ITK.

Knowledge of Jenkins, Git/Gerrit.

Programming, e.g. Java, Python,

Cloud technology

Team leadership/Kanban or scrum master experience
