The Problem Manager is responsible for the quality and integrity of the process Problem Management and the main purpose is to take full responsibility of troubleshooting & problem analysis / technical discussions / self-initiator to mentor peers for Competence Development / Process understanding and awareness / Audits awareness and follow ups / handling emergencies and trouble tickets activities related to PS Core /IMS /CS Core Network (RCA for Mobile Network, Alarm & Incident Trend analysis and reduction in Alarms & Incident in Mobile Network domains)

What you will do

Reactive: Aims to find and eliminate the root cause of known incidents. Activities required to diagnose the root cause of incidents and to determine the resolution to related problems to eliminate recurring incidents and to minimize the impact of incidents that cannot be prevented.
Conduct post incident review to analyze the problem.
Identify root cause of the problem
Identify corrective actions and recommend the changes to change management, process management or SLA management.
Contribute to develop and maintain good record of problems, root cause and solution details in the form of knowledge base that can be used as a reference for reduction of repetitive incidents
Regular post incident review and lessons learnt meetings with stakeholders.
KEDB (Known error database)
Identify and records risks in the network and track them till closure.
Create the corrective actions to be employed for prevention of the problem using multi-domain skills
Delegate the tasks efficiently with in the operations team to meet SLAs well within the time limits for deliverables.
Direct implementation of corrective actions and changes to processes and SLA management
Work well within predefined system support guidelines and ground rules.
Participate in internal technical discussions in view to improve overall network performance and make recommendations wherever possible.
Ensure correct working methodology, Best Practices and Continuous improvements in Ways of Working for efficiency improvements and betterment in deliveries.
Identify potential candidates for automation AI/ML
Support Data Authority team and automation team in understanding automation/AI/ML requirements
MOP preparation for automation/AI/ML use cases
Derive business benefits for automation & AI/ML use cases
Knowledge sharing of use cases with domain support
You will bring

Key Qualification

Years of experience: 8-12
Degree in Engineering preferably in electronics and communication or telecommunication or equivalent
