Job Description
Outbound Service helps the homeowners match the service request to the service professionals. Helping the customer to understand the service and what the company can offer to make their life easier. 80% customer service and 20% upselling service.
Has customer service experience and upselling experience.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Should have high attentive listening skills, Confident and highly conversational type of person.
Should have the initiative and be proactive in offering another service.
Should be a fluent speaker with no regional accent.
Responding promptly to customers needs.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing Service request and match to the service professionals.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Computer Literate and easy to learn the system navigation.
Knowledge of home improvement is a plus.
Can manage pressure and stress.
Requirements
High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
Preferably with 6 months Sales Rep experience.
Patience and having a good personality.
Accepts feedback or criticism.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
