Job Title: UC Engineer Location: Houston TX Must have worked as UC engineer for minimum 5 years Should have worked on Cisco Call manager, Cisco Unity, CUBE Should be well versed with configuring and troubleshooting SIP. Authored Tariffs and innovative product offerings for voice, data, and video products Created Process Flow Models for Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Sharepoint, and Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Lync Supported BGP and EIGRP Protocols for 50,000 user systems Administered hardware, personnel and operating systems for national Network Operating Center Negotiated 29 interconnection and supply agreements valued at $182 million with 14 vendors. Developed Infrastructure Plan for Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) Network, creating comprehensive Load Balancing (F-5 and others) and Capacity Management standards.
