Your main responsibilities would be to:

  • Develop lead generation initiatives coming from the sales perspective in order to improve the qualification of leads, enhancing the customer experience
  • Analyse and translate customer requirements into actionable plans to improve the Spanish market and the Kenjo platform
  • Contribute to the development & implementation of a go-to-market strategy in Spain, applying your knowledge into optimising the team s sales pitches
  • Work closely with the Account Executives and SDRs in your team to review their pipeline, coach on their strengths and increase the conversion rates
  • Align with all relevant departments within the company to further the strategy for Sales such as Product, Marketing and Finance for example
  • Instilling a positive can-do attitude within your team towards achieving or exceeding your quarterly targets
  • Training and onboarding your team on a continuous basis to improve their skills

Can you be the next Kenjonita?

To be successful at this position, we think you should:

  • Be native Spanish speaker and fluent in English in written and spoken form
  • Have 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in the B2B SaaS area, 1+ years of managing sales professionals directly
  • You communicate in a confident and friendly way, making sure that everyone understands you clearly
  • You love to think in solutions rather than challenges, focusing on direct and immediate impact on revenue and growth
  • Have already worked with a CRM software such as Hubspot and other tools such as Linkedin Sales Navigator, Loom, Lusha, Google Spreadsheet etc.
  • Be proactive and ambitious to grow personally and can resonate your energy with people around you - you love your job and it shows
  • Be passionate about the future of work and continuous learning, and you want to join us in building an exceptional team and company to have real impact in the HR space
  • Bonus: You have previous experience in HR tech, and/or organisational development, people development or agility & digitalization.
