SUMMARY

Under guidance of the Manager Shared Services FP&A, the Lead Financial Analyst Shared Services FP&A resource will assume day to day operational ownership of the development of the annual financial budgeting, monthly & quarterly forecasting, capital planning, and the long-term financial plan for all activities linked to global infrastructure, operations, and network initiatives. This position is the finance business partner to the Global VP of Infrastructure & Operations and provides fiscal oversight, analysis, and accountability to Senior Leadership.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop strong business relationships with Global Infrastructure & Operations, DevOps teams, Product Development, and Finance SMEs, and Management to drive processes to thoroughly monitor, track, and advise on financial matters.
Responsible for developing detailed budgets, variance reports and accurate and timely forecasts supporting run the business activities globally and for new acquisitions.
Prepare detailed monthly financial results package for Infrastructure and Finance reporting and lead monthly business reviews with cross-functional stakeholders including variance analysis to plan, forecast, and prior year.
Support infrastructure financial management activities including managing capital and operating spend, headcount and contractor tracking and spend, support ad-hoc reporting and projects.
Provide financial expertise and guidance on financial matters including purchasing and procurement matters including capital vs. expense treatment, business case development, purchase requisition approvals and PO/contract monitoring.
Prepare monthly financial reports on capital investments and lead monthly business reviews with cross-functional stakeholders.
Provide strategic input & tracking for cost saving initiatives, reporting, and forecasting models.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in FP&A with experience in IT Finance and/or Infrastructure support highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a quantitative discipline. Professional qualification such as MBA, CPA, CMA, or CFA is a plus.
Possess understanding of IT operations and demonstrate acumen to understand business and technical requirements and interpret financial impacts to drive business objectives & goals.
Advanced Excel skills and Oracle Financials experience is highly desirable.
Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal, relationship development, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to present at the senior most level in the business.
Strategic thinking, leadership, and the ability to direct cross functional teams to completion of financial objectives.
Ability to drive projects to completion in a complex, deadline driven environment.
Demonstrated leadership qualities, able to engage and influence team and external partners; excellent organizational and time management skills.
