About this opportunity

In parallel with the initial rollout of 5G networks worldwide, the interest in hardware/software disaggregation and virtualization of Radio Access Networks (RAN) and the use of open, standardized RAN interfaces is growing. PDU Cloud RAN is responsible for accelerating and creating a cloud-native Radio Access Network (RAN) product offering.

To set ourselves up for greatness, we count on our technical staff to truly embody our business areas three Cs, Customer Focus, Collaboration, and Can-do, to drive the realization of the Ericsson Cloud RAN portfolio.

We are looking for a CI/CD and DevOps Architect for our CaaS Evolution team to strengthen us. You will work in a team responsible for designing, building and maintaining CI/CD framework, pipelines and automated test cases. You will participate in studies and drive the architecture for our existing and future CI/CD pipelines. You will work in a section with motivated colleagues with a solid experience in CI/CD. This is a hands-on role and a chance to work more strategically with program managers, Lead Architects, Technical Coordinators and Software developers.
Whatwill youdo

Deploy and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines across multiple environments and teams
Develop the architecture for our current CI pipelines and the future Cloud-based Digital Pipelines and Automate test cases
Design and build infrastructure as code
Iterate on best practices to increase the quality & velocity of deployments
Ability to drive to goals and milestones while valuing and maintaining strong attention to detail
You will bring

Leadership experience and preferably test management experience
Hands-on experience in designing and building infrastructure as code with Terraform/Ansible/ other tools in AWS/Azure/other public clouds
Good experience in designing, building and running DevOps CI/CD pipelines
Expert knowledge in Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, K8S and Docker
Experience with solution architecture and software development is mandatory: build automated processes using well-known languages and frameworks such as CLI, Python, YAML, JSON, Puppet, Terraform, Spinnaker, Jenkins pipeline, Azure Pipelines etc. or any equivalent technologies
Experience in designing cloud-native microservices using Docker and deploying in Kubernetes using Helm is essential
Experience from System related work and studies
Highly adaptable team player who can ramp up quickly on new technologies and accomplish goals in a fast-paced agile environment
AWS/Azure certifications are a bonus.
