Our client in Tyler, Texas is seeking an experienced professional to join their mapping and records department.
Responsibilities
- Maintain property ownership records, maps and digital files
- Perform property ownership transfers and related work
- Resolve inquiries from customers regarding ownership issues
Requirements
- A four-year degree is required
- Must have a good working knowledge of deeds and property ownership
- Basic GIS skills are a plus
- Must have good math and problem-solving skills, and MS Office Suite with Excel
- Needs a professional demeanor, work ethic, and good communication and writing skills
