Job Description:
* Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results
* Approve budgets
* Conduct risk management
* Evaluate and decide on investments
* Supervise and finance and accounting teams
* Allocate resource and manage cash flows
* Conduct profit and loss analyses
* Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information
* Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations
* Consult board members about funding options
* Recommend cost-reducing solutions
* Ensure there is a monthly updated debtors and creditors entries and distributed in relevant period
Qualifications:
* Graduate of Bachelors in Accountancy, Finance or related field
* Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
* MBA or relevant certification a plus
* Proven work experience as Head of Finance
* In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping
* Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management
* Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models
* Proficiency in accounting software
* Solid analytical and decision making skills
* Strong leadership skills
