- ServiceNow implementor certifications is desired
- ServiceNow Administrator certification is desired
- 5 years of people and client management experience in a consultative environment
- ServiceNow Product Owner certification is strongly desired
- 3 years of experience with Agile methods such as Scrum and SAFe
- Able to prove Strong experience as CMDB Business Analysts
- Experience with trouble shoot customer issues, tickets and experience with creating stories for Agile sprints.
- Advanced proficiency with user Agile story definition, acceptance criteria writing in addition to facilitating effective refinement sessions
- Proven experience managing CMDB product backlogs
- Ability to help clients with strategic vision definition and alignment
- Must be curious to learn client's business quickly
- Excellent communication skills
- Expert level knowledge on the ServiceNow CMDB and CIs.
- Should understand CMDB Integrations with other ServiceNOw modules and relationships.
- Understand ServiceNow CI class, attribute, and relationship properties for all CIs.
- Translate customer requirements into stories and acceptance criteria and work with the development team or able to take on the development role when needed.
- Real world work experience with ServiceNow CMDB tables, relationships and CSDM data model.
- ServiceNow Configuration Management CI Librarian skillsets/experience is required
- The Configuration Librarian is the custodian and guardian of all master copies of software, hardware, virtual and documentation CIs registered with Configuration Management.
