Job Description:
The Ecommerce Project Manager provides hands-on, agile support for all areas of the Owned & Operated Ecommerce division of Consumer Products which includes WB The Shop and the DC Shop. This role will work on the general day-to-day online store responsibilities as well as assist digital initiatives and projects to help the department reach sales targets and goals. This role also contributes to overall operational efficiency by working cross-functionally and collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support all areas of Ecommerce with various projects and everyday responsibilities for ongoing business: Operations, Marketing and Merchandising
Coordinate daily department activities to achieve established goals (i.e. sales targets, team efficiency)
Prioritize and organize daily information flow and communication within the department, cross-functional teams, and 3rd party partners
Organize shared department files/documents and become point-of-contact for department SOPs
Assist with QA testing for new features and functionality, help validate site updates
Support Director of Ecommerce with overall technical project organization so that requirements and deliverables are clearly communicated, understood, and executed to meet deadlines
Own and maintain department calendars to ensure all team members and cross-functional departments are updated on the latest changes
Draft, edit and update store performance decks for department and department meetings
Conduct project research and pull ad hoc reporting as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of experience preferably in Ecommerce, retail operations practices, capabilities and processes highly desired
Experience working in fast-paced environments and willing to roll-up sleeves to get the job done
Exceptional organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter and efficient multi-tasker
Works well with deadlines, keeps composed under pressure and handles interruptions well
Strong change management skills with ability to pivot when necessary
Must exemplify professionalism and discretion with confidential information
Keen understanding and maturity to develop and maintain key essential partnerships with cross-functional team members
Familiarity with DC and WB properties and characters highly desired
Experience with ticketing/project management/administrative software highly desired (Monday, Jira, Asana, Google Sheets)
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate knowledge of ppt. mandatory)
