THE ROLE:
Our client is looking to expand the team during a time of growth and success b recruiting an Office/Project Co-ordinator to look after the project team and assist with projects. The role is a PA/Administration function with added interesting and exciting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities to include:-
Responsible for keeping records up to date, organised and filled correctly
Responsible for assisting in meetings; minute taking, recording action points and recording agendas
General office duties to include ordering stationary, occasional housekeeping etc.
Maintaining and organising diaries ensuring they are up to date
Assisting in the progress and status of projects as required
Processing purchase orders
THE CANDIDATE:
Previous PA/Administration or Project Co-ordination experience is essential
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Good IT and Microsoft Office ability
A proactive, diligent and determined attitude
