GlowTouch Technologies is hiring Customer Advocates
Onsite

Requirements:
Bi-lingual proficiency in English for verbal and written
1-2 years customer support via phone
1-2 years multi-channel customer service experience
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Familiar with HCM software + troubleshoot software configurations
Ability to work independently and work with multiple departments
Strong understanding of MS Office / Operating Systems
Problem solving skills with creative solutions
