Dutch customer service - Consumer Electronics

Are you someone who likes to help people with their questions? Then we have the job for you! We are looking for customers services representatives who can ensure a friendly and positive customer service experience for the customers. Check out this position!

For one of the biggest names in consumer electronics and healthcare we are looking for customer service representatives. Your tasks will be:

• Perform troubleshooting with customers.

• Work together with local departments for further follow up.

• Assist with the fulfilment of customer orders.

• Tracks and follows cases to ensure that they closed in an efficient and timely manner.

• Upsell and / or cross-sell.

• Log all inbound and outbound contacts as well as any updates to customer records CRM system.

Required skills

• Fluent in Dutch or Flemish

• Working proficiency in English

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficient computer user
