Self-motivated & able to solve non-technical questions/problems raised by customers via online chat room.
Identify the questions/desires of the customer by good listening & asking clear questions.
Able to print out all ready to ship waybills from system based on a daily schedule to proceed for parcel packing.
Familiar with Live on Facebook & TikTok
Good in Microsoft Office (Words/Excel)
Can start work immediately (6 days work)
