Job Duties, Manage the overall operations of a farm, ranch or orchard, Hires, trains, and evaluates new employees. Determine the amount and kind of crop to be grown and livestock to be raised. Organize and coordinate planting, cultivating and crop harvesting activities, raising and breeding of livestock and poultry. Maintain farm machinery, equipment and building. Perform farming duties and purchase farm machinery, livestock, seed, feed and all other supplies. Job Requirement: A bachelor's degree or college diploma in a field related to the business service provided is usually required. Several years of experience in a field related to the business service provided are usually required. Wage: $24 per hour for 40 hours per week E-mail:
