Assistant Manager Restaurant

Job Duties: Address customers complaints or concerns. Recruit, train and supervise staff Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Develop, implement and analyze budgets. Provide customer service Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performances. Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Job Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in food service industry is required. Candidate must have completed food safety course. Good communication skills, positive attitude toward work. Formal training and education in the food industry is preferable.
