In this position you will be responsible for:
Serving as a first contact person with responsibility for reception, welcoming and catering of guests
Creating and preserving a pleasant work environment in the office & catering area, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness, order & cleanliness
Maintaining office conditions,getting in touch with facility management vendors and cleaning
Providing support in variousorganisational and administrative matters: updating CRM database, organising the workflow of pilot s uniforms, organising events etc.
Running errands outside the office, picking up guests or external employees from the airport or train station (driving licence B is needed)
Logistics: Shipping, postal delivery & reception, storage organisation
Proven experience as an Front Office Manager(additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus)
Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness when dealing with colleagues, customers and clients during tasks.
Friendly Appearance and Polite Manners.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
A positive attitude towards teamwork and able to work as part of a team.
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
Good computer knowledge of MS-Office software programs
Excellent English and German language skills (both verbal and written)
Must have the right to live and work in Austria
