Senior Risk Manager

Tasks

We re looking for a Senior Operational Risk Officer (all genders) to join us on this journey, who offers some experience in:

Setting up and developing the Risk Framework and the relevant policies/procedures within it

Monitoring and reporting adherence to the Risk Framework of the business

Developing and managing the Outsourcing Framework of the company

Providing professional risk management advisory across all business lines

Supporting the development of a risk awareness culture within the organization.

Providing tools and solutions to assist the business in managing their risks.

Challenging the business lines on risks, controls and actions.

Requirements

Reporting to the Team Lead Operational Risk and the COO, you will be responsible of all the aspects of the non-financial risk management of the company and you will need, among others:

First experience in the financial/consultancy/audit sector

Solid understanding of the regulatory framework and current developments

Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills at all levels

A solid understanding of the tasks linked to the 2nd line of defense

Excellent time management and prioritisation skills

Excellent team player with the ability to use own initiativ
