Senior Manager Finance & Operations (f/m/d)

Your Chance

Greenfield has very flat hierarchies and you will have touchpoints into every aspect of the business. You are working closely together with the VP of Finance and Operations; this role will be at the heart of the Finance & Operations department and will be building and maintaining financial and operating processes.

You will be a crucial support for all finance and operations matters within the firm. The role is a very hands-on role with the clear potential to grow and develop.

Moreover, you will have the opportunity to get involved in more crypto-focused elements of the business.

Tasks

Your Responsibilities

• Assistance in the onboarding of investors and AML checks
• Assistance in all aspects of finance, including tax, bookkeeping, reporting and banking reconciliations
• Support on all elements of the fund management, including fund controlling, quarterly investor reports, capital calls, distributions as well as ad-hoc analyses
• Development of accounting and reporting processes and controls
• Coordination between tax advisors and fund administration
• Assistance in onboarding of investors and AML checks
• Working with the investor relations team on investor communication and requests and ensuring a high level of service to all stakeholders

Requirements

This is you

• Bachelor s degree in accounting, finance or similar
• Min. 2 years prior experience in a finance and/or operations role, fund services and in a high-growth digital business
• Experience of fund structures
• Knowledge of/or deep interest in the Web 3.0 / crypto space
• Deep sense for processes and advanced Excel skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholder
• You are curious about new things and love to work in small, high-energy, high-conviction, cross-functional work environments
