Job Description
Flex Suisse is the leading service provider for supporting legal and compliance departments with flexible staffing, managed legal services and professional search in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate we are looking for a highly motivated talent in the following field:
Pharma | Junior Legal Counsel | Zurich & Remote | Temp. 2 months | 100% | Nov. 2022 | CHF 110 000
Tasks
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts, policies and other legal documents
- Collaborate with internal lawyers and various experts from other teams
- Support the legal team with general legal and contract matters
- Provide counseling on law issues concerning the daily business
- Conduct legal due diligence
Requirements
- Fluent in English and German
- Exposure to Swiss Contract Law
- University Degree in Law (MLaw)
- Resident in Switzerland or Liechtenstein
- Min. 1 year of PQE as Legal Counsel, ideally in a pharma company
