Summary of Job Description:

• The Data Analyst works closely with the team to uncover the custom analytics requirements and translates those business needs into technical terms for Integrated Solutions team members. The role also utilizes data mapping and statistical analysis techniques to uncover actionable data insights, and delivers custom analytics products to clients.
• Formal training or certification in data analytics, data science, and/or statistics are highly desired. 3-4 years' minimum experience in data analysis within the insurance industry required

Technical/Behavioral Competencies:

• Experience of P&C insurance industry required
• Knowledge of data modeling and statistical analysis required
• Excellent ability to translate business requirements into technical needs and vice-versa
• A high level of mathematical ability and proficiency in programming languages, such as SQL, Python, and R
• The ability to analyze, model and interpret data
• Problem-solving skills
