Senior Process Design

Position Title :Senior Process Design

Responsibilities :

• Performing End-to-End Process Design;
• Defining KPIs which will be used to determine the viability of process design;
• Collecting change requests related to process design from department heads and enacting those changes;
• Finalizing project reports and other documents;
• Establishing IT tooling is required through discussion with the section manager and subject matter expert;
• Leading design sessions with stakeholders, sharing insight gathered from scrutiny of existing processes;
• Fostering a culture of continuous process improvement and sharing those values with others through mentorship

Qualifications :

• MBA from Tier 1 Institute preferred. Engineering can be optional.
• 5-7years’ experience in IT/Telecom industry
• 4+ years in process design and implementation
• Experience in continuous improvement of processes
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt Course certification or other equivalent training;
• Proven experience in operation management;
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to quality;
• Strong organization skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple, often conflicting priorities to successful completion;
• Proven leadership skills, with experience in guiding team members to achieve objectives
