Position Name:IAM Support Engineer

Description:

• This technical position for Evidian Identity & Governance Management / Evidian Web Access Manager products includes:
• Delivering technical support to customers
• Providing Professional Services to customers
• Delivering timely training and technical workshops to partners
• Providing Technical Support to Sales team (pre-sales activity)
• Participating in the localization of the products and manuals
• Elaborating solutions and architecture that answers to customer’s advanced requirements.

Technical Skills

• At least 3 years of experience with support of an Identity Access Management solution (identity management, governance, application and approval workflows, provisioning, unified authentication, federation, two-factor authentication)
• Web technology: Apache, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript
• Programming experience with Java, PHP
• OS: Linux, Windows
• Directory: LDAP, Active Directory
• Database: MySQL
• The candidate is also expected to have some experience in technical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Japanese native. Working knowledge of English. Ability to read and write.

If No IAM experience, please see the requirement below.

• Systems development experience: 10+ years
• Pre-sales or sales experience: 5+ years
• Direct sales experience is acceptable, but Indirect sales experience is preferred.
• Therefore, experience in developing new partners is a plus.

Preferred Qualification:

• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
• Knowledge of Oracle database
• Knowledge in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Knowledge of network protocols
• Knowledge of federation technology (SAML).
