Wir suchen fr ein internationales Customer Care Center Kundenberater (m/w/d):
Start: 18.07. und 12.09. oder spter
Aufgaben
Inbound Kundenbetreuung im Mobilfunkbereich z.B. Strungsmeldungen, Fragen zum Vertrag Voll- und Teilzeit (ab 30h/Woche)
ffnungszeiten: Mo So 7 23 Uhr inkl. Feiertag (10-18Uhr) Rollierendes Schichtsystem (Frh / Mittel / Spt ) 5 Tage-Woche Schulungsdauer 4 Wochen in VZ (8-16.30Uhr) Home Office mglich (nach ca. 10-12 Wochen Einarbeitung) mglich
Profil:
Teamfhig, flexibel, gern Quereinsteiger
