AVOW is the leading app growth marketing company for advertising in alternative android app stores and on-device performance ads.
We are looking for a solutions-oriented team player to join our IT Support team in Berlin, to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks.
Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of international teams and users.
Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently, and to provide the optimal set-up for our team members to run operations smoothly.
Tasks
- Administration of the office infrastructure (WLAN, VPN, printers, etc.)
- Management of laptops, mobile phones, accessories and office hardware: from contracts with providers/resellers to setup and maintenance
- Manage relationships with vendors such as ISP suppliers, hardware vendors, etc.
- Tracking and optimizing the usage of software licenses and subscriptions
- Grant user access management (SSO, permissions) for the tools used internally (MS Teams, Google, Lastpass, etc.)
- Tech onboarding and offboarding of Employees
- Provide day-to-day IT support for employees globally
- Update and maintain documentation for Data Protection (GDPR, HIPAA etc.)
- Support for compliance and audit processes. (GDPR)
Requirements
Your profile:
- You are well versed in System OS: MacOS & Windows 10/11 pro, proficiency in Linux is a plus
- You are experienced with administering a Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution
- You have previous experience with organizational management of Google Workspace Enterprise and Office365 Suite
- You have strong customer service and intercommunication skills
- You have previous experience of working with remote teams is a plus
- You are a natural problem solver and find satisfaction in resolving problems
- You are a team player but also able to work independently when required
- Due to the nature of this position, 3-5 times/week work-from-the-office is required
- Work proficiency in English. German is a plus, but not a must
Job requirements
Location: This role is to be located at our Headquarters in Berlin, Germany.
Working Hours: We offer this position as part-time (Tuesday-Thursday, 24 hours/week) or full time (40 hours/week)
