Magic Affiliates, the in-house Affiliate Network of Magic Square, is hiring a B2B Sales Executive / Relationship Manager to be in charge of prospecting new clients for the Affiliate Network (brands, apps, projects), educating them about Affiliate Marketing, and helping them to optimize their affiliate programs.

Tasks

  • Develop & maintain a prospect/sales pipeline of brands/apps/projects onto the Affiliate Network
  • Educate them about the benefits of Affiliate Marketing
  • Creating personalized business proposals and negotiating when needed
  • Manage the onboarding process onto the Affiliate Network
  • Assist with optimizing the affiliate program to maximize performance
  • Communicate with the clients on performance, supported by the generation and delivery of regular reports and presenting monthly and quarterly reviews
  • Monitoring the competitor space and adjusting our strategies accordingly
  • Monitoring affiliate performance and fraud detection
  • Manage affiliate payouts

Requirements

  • Native English - MUST
  • Experience in B2B Sales - MUST
  • Understanding of Affiliate Marketing - MUST
  • Experience in B2B Sales in Affiliate Marketing - Big advantage
  • Experience in Sales related to the Blockchain / Crypto Space - Big advantage
  • Understanding of marketing in the Blockchain / Crypto Space Space - Big advantage
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills - MUST
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - MUST
  • Experience in working with media, traffic networks, brokers, rating sites, and agencies - Big advantage
