Job Description
job responsibilities
- Working with business and IT teams that are both India-based and US-based
- Collaborate with team (process leads, vendors, solution integrators etc.) to clarify vision and scope
- Collaborate with peers, stakeholders and project team to secure commitments and respectfully hold them accountable.
- Applying business analysis principles to elicit, understand, document and prioritize the requirements. This may require leading meetings/workshops.
- Analyze business challenges, objectives and develop as is/to-be process diagrams.
- Assist with the interpretation of user requirements into feasible options and communicating this back to stakeholders.
- Understand and document integration points impacting areas of responsibilities.
- Work with stake holders to document user acceptance, test criteria, and conduct validation activities
- Develop test cases, execute test plans, log defects, develop functional design specifications including workflow, validation and logic requirements. Ensure designs can be traced back to requirements.
- Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements
- Work with stake holders to define technical configuration and enhancement requirements for the tools.
experience & education required
- Minimum of 8 years IT experience
- Minimum of 5 years working in Infor M3 quality modules
- Minimum of 5 years in BA accounting
- Strong knowlegde on Reporting
- Ability to develop/update functional requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Economic thinking
- Can work independently with little supervision
- Ability to develop test cases and execute test plans
