Details of the role:
ACS was selected as the vendor to implement DR and BCP for the client. This role will be key in establishing PEM's DR infrastructure and processes on AWS. Will be involved in identifying DR process and connecting the DR environment with PEM systems/application.
Key responsibilities:
Create, setup and protect new AWS Resources using automated pipelines using Infrastructure-as-a-Code (IaC). Verify and establish health monitoring of AWS Resources or provide the best recommendation to Identity Management, to implement least privilege access to data on a need to know basis. Support Encryption of Data at Rest Implement data backup processes and archival strategies for Cloud. Implement data restoration process Work with team members and any external vendors to test and validate infrastructure in the cloud environment. Elaborate and propose on data integration and data migration/replication methodologies between cloud-to-cloud and on-premises-to-cloud systems. Deploy integration systems leveraging high security standards. Collaborate with team members on different streams of the project, such as: Solutions Development, DevOps, Network, Monitoring/Reliability Engineering and Infrastructure. Required Skills:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in deploying and managing AWS Cloud Services.
